For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, with the following exceptions:
- 1. If your item is defective upon receipt: MakeupForHer.com customer service must be contacted within 3 days of receipt. Products with manufacturer's warranty coverage in America will be handled directly by the manufacturer's support department. Any exchanges from the manufacturer are only valid for the same item unless stated otherwise by the manufacturer.
- 2. If you are dissatisfied with an item: Only unopened and undamaged packages that are still sealed in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of receipt. We will issue you a full refund less the shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee. In cases of free shipping, actual shipping cost for the returned item(s) will be calculated and deducted from the refund. We WILL NOT accept open/used items for return. Any items that are returned to us used or opened will simply be disposed of and we will not issue a refund for them.
- 3. Bundled products: We will not issue a partial product value refund on Bundled items. Bundled products must be returned all together unopened.
- 4. All returns: Please contact customer service on all returning package for a RMA number and return address within 7 days. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded, so please keep all packaging for the 7 day return period. All returns must be shipped with a traceable shipping method and insured for the full value against damage and loss. We WILL NOT be responsible for any returns before receipt. RMA number must be included on the address or the package will be refused without exception.
